Digging into his marvelous journey
Mr Manuj Juglekar started his cricket journey as a player when he was just 6 years old. Manuj Juglekar got the inspiration from his father’s dream because his father wanted to be a cricketer and was dedicated to it but sometimes all of us need to leave our dream for others who we love the most likewise his father left his dream of being a cricketer because of his family issues.
From this instance, Mr Manuj got that willingness to be a cricketer to fulfill his father’s dream as well as his dream as he was also a heartcore fan of cricket after his father. From there on Manuj Juglekar started playing the never-ending journey of cricket at the age of just 6.
When Manuj Juglekar was just 6 years old he used to play with his father in the colony but when he started growing up his father admitted him to one of Mumbai’s cricket academies, there with full motivation he tried to practice and learn new tricks, and techniques in cricket.
Manuj Juglekar from a very young age set the bar of the game for others very high because of his dedication and willpower to prove himself back then, his immense gameplay impressed everyone because of which he got a chance to play his first ever team play which was U-16 Boys and it was his first playing for him hometown and throughout the match he gave his best and score a very good record in the games he had played but unfortunately they couldn’t win that tournament.
But because his solo performance was so good and incredible the selected directly selected him for the next game trials already which was U-19 boys. Manuj Juglekar kept on going and going and played every match under his cricket career as a player because of this he went to the level of India A seniors where got the chance to play for his nation for the first time.
His journey of serving others
Manuj Juglekar decided from the very first day that he would be attached to cricket throughout his life that’s why though he couldn’t make it to the main Indian team he could make it till the second Indian team seniors and after that when he took retirement from cricket as a player he joins again but this time as a coach because it is a never-ending process and he always wants to be close to cricket as its the only thing he wants in his life.
Manuj Juglekar then started his coaching career as one of the head coaches who gets shifted manually according to the place and time. Manuj Juglekar gets to roam all around the world to teach the upcoming players so that they can build a successful careers in cricket like he did or even more than he did.
Manuj Juglekar was inspired by many other coaches who taught them because of this he decided to join as a coach also after his retirement as a player, he specially got inspired by each of their talking skills, patience, listening as well as the way they teach inspired him to be just like them.
Manuj Juglekar wants others to learn what he learned and implement it in life which brought him to this point in life where people know him for what he did and not for anything else, he just wants the same for others as well, he wants other young candidates also learn about cricket and play well which help them for their personal growth and more and more people get aware about this game. And so far there are more than lakhs of cricketers who are playing and learning cricket and want to be something in their life through cricket. His words were:
“Whether serving the nation through their great playing skills or else helping others build their career with your help cricket has a lot to offer to whoever comes in it only requires willingness and dedication to play”.
Challenges he need to face throughout
When he was at his initial phase of coaching time there was a coronavirus phase going on as well and because of this newly joined coaches had some problems in their coaching career because they newly joined so nobody got to know about their teaching style that’s why none get the chance to be allotted at any center and due to which there was lack of money but after that phase he when he first got chance to teach and train the U-15 boys team he showed his full caliber and because of which he got selected for the next 6 months course which was in Delhi.
After going through several sessions and coaching sessions all coaches always need to take a test which shows whether they are eligible for going to the next stage of coaching after the test he did a great job which helped him be one of the head coaches among all.
From then to date he has worked with many players and teams that play matches around the globe and has many memories with many players but he is still waiting for that one best memory that he wants to remember throughout his life.
As we all know cricket has changed a lot since it started now it has become faster and more steady and he used to play early traditional cricket so to teach the upcoming players he needs to be updated with all the new trends and techniques, all the coaches need to go through many tests and they need to make notes about the new techniques.

Mr Manuj Juglekar had an intense and very inspirational story that will be helpful for many of us who don’t dare to stand up against our problems and overcome them and always move forward. His story teaches us that we should never give up on our dreams and we should never run from the challenges that we all need to face in each of our lives.
