Keinou library and sports association football club (KLASA FC) is an Indian professional football club based in Keinou, Bishnupur, Manipur was registered in 1972. After winning the highest state-level tournament that is Manipur state league(MSL) the club was promoted and now an National level I-League 3rd team.
